Greetings, Earthlings!
   
  I'm acting as the Training Ride Coordinator / Master of Pain for Bike MS - Pedal the Plains.  In this role it is my duty to recruit a few people to put on the training rides.  I did the Sioux Falls one last year and it's pretty easy.  I'm looking for someone to step up and do one for this year.  It should be on a Saturday between June 15th and the end of July.

  I've had several say they'd be interested in riding with Team Fab this year.  Great!  Contact The Janey at the local MS Society to get your butt on the team roster.  As advertised, this ride is super well supported (food/water every 8 to 10 miles) and the route doesn't get any flatter than this year's.  I'd be willing to help you train or even ride with you if you so desire.  You just need to speak up and commit.
