"umm, I was detouring around the construction on the
bike trail
downtown.  Cut down to phillips, then was going back
through falls
park to get back to the bike trail.

the sprinklers were on, I got hit in the face with a
fire hose
intensity spray and between that and the wet pavement
I went down,
skidded 10 or 15 feet.

I landed on my head and shoulder-- got to get a new
helmet. my
shoulder is dislocated, jersey is ripped up, and my
arm got road
rashed something fierce.  my leg barely got touched,
tho I have a big
bruise on my outer thigh.

my bike- one of hte hoods got bent badly out of
position and it (along
with my rear dérailleur got scratched up quite a bit."
